Iris Romero, MD, MS, is a highly skilled obstetrician and gynecologist with expertise in cancer prevention and family planning. One of Dr. Romero's areas of focus is providing long term gynecologic care to individuals at high risk for gynecological cancer, including those with a strong family history of cancer. She is particularly interested in the link between increased body weight and cancer. Dr. Romero's second area of focus is pre-natal care and delivery. She takes an integrated approach involving the patient, her family and the medical staff all as vital members of the team.
