Clinic Location and Directions
We regularly hold clinic hours in the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine at 5758 S. Maryland Avenue on the campus of the University of Chicago Medical Center.
From Lake Shore Drive (IL-41)
From IL-41, take the 57th Street exit and head west. Proceed on 57th Street as it heads south, around the Museum of Science and Industry, following the blue hospital signs. Turn right (west) on Midway Plaisance. Turn right (north) at Cottage Grove Avenue. Drive two blocks and turn right (east) at 58th Street. The DCAM will be on the left.
From the Dan Ryan Expressway (I-94)
From I-94, take the Garfield Boulevard/55th Street exit (Exit 57B) and head east. Continue through Washington Park, following the blue hospital signs. Turn left (east) at 57th Street and drive for one block. Turn right (south) on Cottage Grove Avenue and drive for one block. Turn left (east) on 58th Street. The DCAM will be on the left.
From the Skyway (I-90)
From I-90, exit at Stony Island Avenue and head north. Continue north and turn left (west) on Midway Plaisance, just after 60th Street. Turn right (north) at Cottage Grove Avenue. Drive two blocks and turn right (east) at 58th Street. The DCAM will be on the left.
The parking garage for patients and visitors of the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine (DCAM) is located at 58th Street and Maryland Avenue. If you park in the garage, remember to ask the clinic staff for a validation sticker. Valet parking is also available in front of DCAM.
